Benefits of membership

By becoming a member of the Bicester Parkland View Residents Association you will benefit from the following:

• Upon joining the association you will receive a welcome pack containing a welcome letter, a membership card and the latest issue of our newsletter.
• You can express your opinions and concerns to any committee member and through our online forum at any time.but, by being a member you have the option of raising, discussing and voting on important issues at our general meetings. The association wants to ensure that the views of all members are properly represented and voting is an opportunity to have your say.
• Residents and owners can raise issues directly with OM Property Management on an individual basis but, by being a member you have the option to ask the association to raise the issue on your behalf. The association has direct contact with the Property Manager and can often achieve faster results.
• The Management Committee of the association holds a meeting every month for which you are welcome to submit items for discussion.
• The association produces and distributes a newsletter for all owners and residents on a quarterly basis. The newsletter is packed with the latest news from the development.
• Members have the opportunity to join the association committee if they would like to get more involved in association matters.

Your membership will also benefit the association in the following ways:

• Your membership ensures the associations continued strength. This is essential in our negotiations with OM Property Management.
• Your membership fee enables the association to cover the cost of its administration and fund small projects that benefit everyone.

We would very much welcome your support. Annual membership of the BPVRA costs only £5 per person and we hope that you will support us. Details of how to pay can be found on our application form.
