Welcome to our website!

The Bicester Parkland View Residents Association (BPVRA) was formed for the benefit of owners and residents of homes on the development. We are formally recognised by OM Property Management as acting on behalf of the residents of Parkland Place and Wren Way. We work to ensure that OM Property Management, the estate manager, properly provide the agreed services and deliver good value for money (how this works). We encourage owners and residents to contact us in the first instance (excepting emergencies), with any issues, so that we can raise these on your behalf.  By doing this your issues can often be resolved more quickly as we have direct and regular contact with the estate manager. We also work with other relevant organisations to ensure that the development and its surroundings are maintained to a high standard.

We are your association and we are here to assist you. If you wish to raise any issues with us then please do this by contacting a committee member.

Good news in harsh economic times
Good news in harsh economic times

As a result of continued efforts by the Residents’ Association Chairman Geoff Farmer, our overall service charge for next year (2012-13) will be less than that for the current year by about £1,100 – a saving of nearly 4%!
